-(았/었/했)으면/다면/더라면 -(았/었/했)을 텐데…
-(았/었/했)으면/다면/더라면 -(았/었/했)을 것이다.

-았으면/았더라면 ——았을 텐데 express that the speaker feels/thinks regret or have pity. In English, “if —-had—-, it would have —-” For example,

조금만 일찍 왔더라면 비행기를 탈 수 있었을 텐데…
If I had come a little earlier, I would have been able to catch the plane…

일찍 알았으면 내가 도와 줬을 텐데..
Had I known earlier, I would have helped.

조금만 더 열심히 공부했더라면 좋은 학교에 갈 수 있었을 거야.
If I had studied a little harder, I could have gone to a good school.

우리가 조금 더 노력했더라면 이렇게 되지 않았을 텐데…
If we had tried a little harder, this wouldn’t have happened…

너를 만나지 않았더라면 이렇게 아프지 않을 거야.
